We have staff there (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) who receive and analyse the information on the status of all alarm systems, whether it be intrusion or robbery, fire, gas or flooding alarms. Our qualified CRA staff quickly and professionally manages emergency situations and decides on the guidelines to follow, notifying the Security Forces if necessary, so that you don't have to worry about anything.

The Immediate Intervention Service is the ideal complement to any alarm. It is a service we offer our clients at Trablisa to improve the level of security in their homes and businesses. This immediate intervention service is the ideal complement to the detection provided by our alarm systems and the continuous monitoring we offer at our Alarm Receiving Centre. 

Our Immediate Intervention Service guarantees that when an alarm is triggered, our team of security guards in the area will immediately deploy to the scene to verify any attempted intrusion indoors and/or outdoors, check the condition of the facilities, determine what triggered the alarm and act according to the facts. If necessary, it alerts and cooperates with the state security forces and emergency services.

Through our mobile app, you can configure up to 32 scenarios to control security and other elements of your smart home or business. You can react directly to specific alerts (turn off running water in case of damage, disable the possible ignition source at the first sign of a fire), perform scheduled actions or control them via the programmable button (turn on lights, operate blinds, turn on heating...) and react to changes in security mode (lock electric locks).

Thanks to our real-time surveillance systems, we can, if you wish, view the inside of buildings, switch the system on and off and monitor the presence of intruders.

In addition, our intelligent video systems allow us to observe and analyse specific situations that affect the security of homes and businesses, such as prowlers, burglars, unattended vehicles, theft of items, abandoned packages and luggage, access control, scanners and detection sheets, etc.
