If a thief attempts to enter the code, a hidden alarm signal is sent to the Alarm Receiving Centre. From there, cameras and motion sensors will share the recordings made from inside the home.
In case an incorrect code has been entered on the keypad exceeding the number of attempts allowed (three times in one minute), the wireless keypad will automatically lock itself, preventing its use. The smart hub will ignore all codes and inform the security system users and the Alarm Receiving Centre about the attempts to guess the code.
If the user is forced to deactivate the alarm by another person, they can enter the duress code, which simulates disarming the security system. The Alarm Receiving Centre will receive an "alarm deactivated under duress" event, and a rapid response unit will go to the installation. In addition, all security system users will be notified of the situation.
